forme is the contemporary lymphatic brand designed to inspire women to prioritise their health and self-care, operating in North Bondi since 2023 offering lymphatic drainage body and face treatments, workshops, retreats and professional trainings.

forme was founded by Sophie Dulac, blending her father's French roots with her Mother's love of beauty and aesthetics. The inspiration behind forme is self-care, movement, breath and the human "forme".

At forme we are passionate about holistic wellness as a form of healing. Our team is highly trained in Lymphatic Drainage are passionate about helping you achieve your health and wellness goals.

Sophie’s interest in wellness started when she was a young girl. Her Mother was a Beauty Therapist, who introduced her to self-care rituals, alternative therapies, yoga and dance.
​
When Sophie was 20 she journeyed to India, to study Ashtanga yoga. After completing her 200hr YTT she taught yoga for several years before deciding to further her knowledge of the human body. She enrolled herself at SIBT to study a Diploma of Remedial Massage. It was during this course that she fell in love with the power of Lymphatic Drainage Massage, amazed by the benefits she decided that she needed to share this with as many people as possible.

After losing her Mother to cancer in 2018, Sophie got her first job as a Massage Therapist at a 5 Star Day Spa. Sophie’s passion for facials was born here, she felt the most connected to her Mum when she was treating her clients.
Her focus is to create a sensory experience, anchored in luxury spa touches, that reconnects you to your body allowing you to un-wind and de-stress, whilst at the same time relieving the body of pain and tension, to bring you back to a state of optimal functionality.

Jasmin specialises in lymphatic massage and has a deep-rooted passion for natural medicine and holistic wellbeing. Currently studying Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture, she has been able to further her understanding of traditional therapies for healing the body. Her approach to massage therapy considers individual's body, providing personalised treatments based on their unique needs. Through her nurturing touch and approach, Jasmin aims to create a relaxing space to restore balance for the body, mind, and spirit. Jasmin has warm, nurturing upbeat nature with the ability to create an open and safe space allowing you to feel more connected to your body.

Evilia’s journey into bodywork began from a deeply personal place. After losing her father to a sudden death, she felt called to understand the human body on a deeper level how it stores emotion, how it responds to stress, and how it quietly asks for care.
“I never planned to become a massage therapist, life gently led me here. I could’ve never afforded it, as Dad always took care of everything,” she says.
“But I believe I was meant to be here, doing this.”
That calling led her to receive a scholarship. Now fully qualified with a Diploma of Remedial Massage and a Certificate IV in Massage Therapy, her curiosity for the human body will never end. This curiosity became her compass.
Her experience ranges from wellness spaces, retirement home spa, to mobile treatments for those in pain.
“If I could go back in time, I would care for my father myself. Now, I give the best I can to every human, every body, everywhere.”
