ABOUT

The forme LYMPH SCULPT Method, created by Sophie Dulac, pairing lymphatic drainage techniques with body sculpting techniques to assist with draining the retained fluid while at the same time focusing on sculpting target areas, to break up the fat cells and reduce the appearance of cellulite.

​

During this training you will learn what the lymphatic system is, how it works, diseases and poor function of the lymphatic system, lymphatic drainage, the benefits, contraindications and aftercare, the watersheds and the lymphatic sculpting sequences. We will also touch briefly on the digestive system, cellulite and body fat.

Understanding these essential topics will give you the knowledge and skill set to correctly treat your clients concerns and be able to tailor treatments to their individual needs.

  • The forme LYMPH SCULPT Method Training Manual

  • Theory of the lymphatic system, body fat and cellulite, body shapes and types and lymphatic drainage.

  • The forme LYMPH SCULPT Method Massage sequences

  • All equipment supplied (linen, massage tables, stools, workbooks, oil, etc.)

  • Purified water and herbal teas available throughout the training.

LEARN: During this training you will learn a variety of lymphatic drainage and body sculpting techniques that specifically target common concerns and how to customise these sequences to be able to meet clients individual needs.
