The forme LYMPH SCULPT Method, created by Sophie Dulac, pairing lymphatic drainage techniques with body sculpting techniques to assist with draining the retained fluid while at the same time focusing on sculpting target areas, to break up the fat cells and reduce the appearance of cellulite.

LEARN: During this training you will learn a variety of lymphatic drainage and body sculpting techniques that specifically target common concerns and how to customise these sequences to be able to meet clients individual needs.

With over a decade of experience in the wellness industry, Sophie Dulac is a passionate advocate for holistic health and beauty. Her journey began as a yoga teacher, where she developed a profound understanding of the body's natural rhythms. Inspired to deepen her knowledge, Sophie pursued a Diploma of Remedial Massage at SIBT, where she discovered her love for lymphatic drainage—a technique that has become the cornerstone of her practice.

Growing up immersed in the world of wellness, Sophie was mentored by her mother, a skilled beauty therapist. From an early age, she mastered a range of treatments, including facials, pedicures, manicures, waxing, and tinting, shaping her meticulous approach to care. Her extensive experience in 5-star spas further refined her eye for detail and commitment to delivering exceptional results.

Sophie's wellness background and expertise have culminated in the creation of the Lymph Sculpt Method. This transformative approach combines lymphatic drainage with advanced sculpting techniques to help clients achieve visible results, both internally and externally.
