FACE SCULPT METHOD T&C

1. REGISTRATION & PAYMENTS

  • To secure your training spot, participants must pay a non refundable deposit of $650 within 48 hours of receiving the payment link and the total amount must be paid before the course commencement date. 

 

2. REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

  • No refunds will be provided for any reason, including but not limited to participant illness or inability to attend the training.

  • Cancellations made by participants less than 14 days before the course start date will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

 

3. REFERENCE TO THE FACE SCULPT METHOD

  • Participants are permitted to use The FACE SCULPT Method for their own professional treatments, but they must consistently reference and credit The FACE SCULPT Method in any promotional or marketing materials related to their services.

 

4. CONFIDENTIALITY & NON-DISCLOSURE

  • Participants are strictly prohibited from recording, photographing, or videoing any part of the FACE SCULPT Method training without explicit written consent from the training organizers.

 

5. PAYMENT PLAN DEFAULT

  • Participants who choose the payment plan option must ensure timely payments. If a payment is missed, they have 2 days to rectify the payment before forfeiting their position in the training.

 

6. CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

  • To receive a certificate for completing the FACE SCULPT Method training, participants must pass the final quiz with a minimum score of 75%.

  • Participants who do not achieve the required passing score on their first attempt have one opportunity to resit the quiz. Failure to pass on the second attempt will result in not receiving a certificate.

 

7. CODE OF CONDUCT

  • Participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally throughout the training.

  • Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in expulsion from the training without a refund.

 

8. CHANGES TO SCHEDULE OR CONTENT

  • The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the training schedule or content if necessary. Participants will be notified of any changes in a timely manner.

 

9. LIABILITY

  • The organisers of the FACE SCULPT Method training are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during or as a result of the training.

 

10. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

  • By enrolling in the FACE SCULPT Method training, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
